SIZING & CUSTOMIZATION

How do I size my nails?

We have a dedicated Sizing Guide to help you find the perfect fit! You can either measure your nails at home using tape and a ruler or order a sizing kit to ensure accuracy.

What if my press-on nails don’t fit?

Since all press-on nails are handmade to order based on your selected sizes, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges. Be sure to check out our Sizing Guide before ordering to ensure a perfect fit.

What If I Ordered the Wrong Size?

Since we do not offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect sizing, we highly recommend checking our Sizing Guide before placing your order to ensure a perfect fit.

If you believe you received an incorrect size due to faults on our end, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number.
  • Clear photos of the item showing the size

We will review your claim and provide a resolution if applicable.

Can I customize my own set?

Yes! If you don’t see exactly what you want, check out our Build Your Own Nail Set option to create a custom design with your preferred shape, length, and style.

APPLICATION & WEAR TIME

How long do press-on nails last?

With proper application and care, press-on nails can last:

  • 1–3 days using adhesive tabs (perfect for temporary wear).
  • 2+ weeks when applied with nail glue and proper prep.

Can I reuse my press-on nails?

Yes! When using adhesive tabs, you can reuse your press-on nails as many times as you like with proper care. If you apply them with glue, they can still be reused, but you’ll need to carefully remove excess glue and follow proper removal steps.

Are press-on nails safe for my natural nails?

Absolutely! Press-ons are a great alternative to acrylics and salon gels. They don’t damage your natural nails when applied and removed correctly. Be sure to follow our Nail Care Guide for safe application and removal.

Can I shower or do dishes with my press-ons?

Yes! However, for long-lasting wear, avoid excessive water exposure within the first 24 hours after application to allow the glue to fully set. If you frequently expose your nails to water, consider wearing gloves while doing dishes to extend their lifespan.

REMOVAL & MAINTENANCE

How do I remove my press-on nails?

To safely remove your press-on nails without damage, follow these steps:

  1. Soak your nails in warm water with a few drops of dish soap and cuticle oil for at least 10 minutes.
  2. Gently rock the nails back and forth to loosen the adhesive.
  3. Use a cuticle pusher to help lift the nail if needed—never force it off!
  4. Always apply cuticle oil after removal to keep your nails healthy.

Can I file or reshape my press-on nails?

Yes! If you need to make slight adjustments, you can use a nail file to reshape the press-ons to your liking. Just be gentle to avoid damaging the design.

Can I return, exchange, or get a refund?

All products are handmade to your specific size, shape, length, and design. Therefore, we DO NOT offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. Please double-check your sizing before ordering.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Since each set is custom-made, processing time typically takes 3-5 business days, plus shipping time. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Do you offer rush orders?

Yes! If you need your nails quickly, we offer rush processing for an additional fee. Please contact us before placing your order to confirm availability.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We offer international shipping. Shipping times and costs vary depending on your location. Additional customs fees may apply.

Yes! Our nails are made with high-quality materials to ensure durability and a natural look. With proper care, they can withstand daily activities.

Do you offer custom designs?

Absolutely! If you have a specific design in mind that isn’t available in our shop, feel free to reach out. We’ll do our best to bring your vision to life.
